Traveling between Gulf Shores and St Louis, vehicle broke down in Batesville, MS two days before Christmas. After getting a response time of 3 hours with my insurance co’s roadside assistance, I cancelled and called Jays. Very friendly and helpful. Our driver was there within 10-15 mins, took us to our hotel, helped us get all our luggage and Xmas presents out of the vehicle, and even provided phone number for Chev dealership vehicle was towed to. Highly recommend! Thanks!

The service I received was over the top. From my first contact with Courtney, to David getting my bass boat and trailer on the bed of his tow truck, to David and Matt getting it off of the tow truck. After all of this, they found the needed parts, made the repairs, and got me back on the road. They were genuinely invested in getting back on the road safely. I would highly recommend Jay’s!!!! This company was EXCELLENT to me!!
They knew every single switch inside my Truck and precisely what it does, how to use them in combination to DRIVE my truck up an icy hill without using their tow truck!
Then ,the next day we found an air leak in our air hose that our Tow truck driver sensed was amiss....sure enough it affected my truck from fully engaging transmission air etc.
Yes , they had to charge me but who knows in 1 minute how, when,what is going on??
They do, don't waste money on anybody else, use a Professional for your $150,000 truck and trailer!!
